Requirements
- All ID's must be unexpired, if expired, required to provide SSN card, birth cert, W2, or SSA award letter with SSN present(All names must be on the order).
- If the name on the SNAP card is off by a letter do NOT accept. ALL NAMES HAVE TO MATCH for SNAP.
- Medicaid card can be off by a letter if the DOB matches, BUT DOB CANNOT be off by a year/number. NEED TO SAY MEDI-CAL OR MCAL
- Customer must PRINT all names neatly on the order.
- Temporary ID are acceptable for CA as long as it is not expired
- Temporary benefits are acceptable as long as it is not expired (Mcaid)
- Only in the state of California, foreign passports and permanent resident cards are acceptable.
