This is a friendly reminder about our Agent Text Notification tool. This tool was developed by StandUp Wireless to allow agents that opt in to receive direct & real-time communications from StandUp Wireless regarding news related to the Lifeline Program, enrollment process/procedures, compliance notices and system outages.
To Opt In-
Text the word START to 6787188864. The phone number the text is sent from will be considered Opted In, and you will receive the following response:
"Your number has been opted in for StandUp Wireless agent notifications. To 'Opt Out' reply STOP."
Note: If you attempt to opt in from a phone number that is not registered to you in CGM, you will receive the following message: "Your number was not recognized. Please contact your master representative."
To Opt Out-
Text the word "STOP" to 6787188864 OR reply 'STOP' to any any message received from 6787188864. You will receive the following confirmation:
"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to re-subscribe."
